Time to bathe
Making activities fun and my personal challenge to keep moving. What I need to consider equally is recovery. With the aid of Epsom salts I will be soaking here in hope for some light relief. I have under estimated the strain both pregnancies have had on my back. It’s been regular trips to physio, prescribed exercises and advice to start yoga again to build up my core strength. Also there’s been mention of cold water therapy - ice cold baths it is then! Has anyone tried it, and have you experienced the benefits?
